Delivery

We currently only deliver to the UK.  Orders placed will be processed within 2-3 business days because our diffusers, wax melts and candles are all hand poured.  Therefore, please allow 3-4 days to receive your order within the UK.

We use Royal Mail to deliver our goods within the UK.  Our delivery cost is a flat rate of £3.50 per order with any order over £50.00 qualifying for free delivery within the UK.

If your package is lost, please provide your proof of purchase so that we can do all we can to locate your package.  If you have been informed that your package has been delivered, please contact the delivery carrier directly using your tracking number.

If you have changed your mind once you have received your order, then please refer to our Refunds and Returns Policy.

We care about the environment and use recycled and sustainable items where possible, therefore, all our packages are sustainably wrapped and boxed.
