Returns Policy
All of our products are made to order. If a product is damaged during shipment a replacement will be provided if the conditions of the Refunds and Returns Policy for God’s Own Luxury are sufficiently met.
These conditions are that a notification of damaged products shall be supplied to God’s Own Luxury at hello@godsownluxury.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving the item. Refunds or a change in product are not provided in the case of damaged goods, your product will be replaced with the same item purchased, that was received damaged. In order to claim a replacement product for a damaged product please supply proof of purchase and images of the damaged product with your initial request within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Order cancellations are only permitted within 24 hours of order placement. Your account will be credited with the same value as the purchase amount including the cost of delivery due to no item being shipped. Please read the product description, packaging description and shipping policy before purchasing an item to ensure that you are happy with these terms of supply. Refunds are not permitted if you change your mind.
Should you change your mind once your order has been received, returns / exchanges are accepted within the seven day cooling off period, however any postage incurred shall be covered by the customer. Returns / exchanges will only be processed once the item has been received. The customer is responsible for the safe delivery of the items and proof of postage should be obtained.
Sale items are not refundable. Please read the product description, packaging description and shipping policy before purchasing to ensure that you are happy with these terms of supply.
